6 quarts tomato juice
3/4 cup sugar (I cut it down to 1/2 cup sugar)
3 T salt
3 tsp. celery salt (or 1 tsp. celery powder)
2 tsp. onion salt (or 1 tsp. onion powder)
1 tsp. garlic salt (or 1/2 tsp. garlic powder)
Process 15-20 minutes in a hot water bath
